For the safety and privacy of your data, please read the following privacy and disclaimer statement before registering for the seminar.
1. What Data We Collect
We collect the information you submit via the Google Form: your name/nickname, Gmail address, WeChat ID, and topics/questions you are interested in.
2. Purpose of Collection
The data is collected solely to distribute the Zoom link, share follow-up course materials, and help the instructor tailor the seminar to the audience.
3. Data Security
Your details are securely stored on Google Drive and will only be accessed by the ZJUAANC event team and the instructor. We will never share or sell your data to any third party.
4. Data Retention
All collected personal data will be completely deleted from our storage sheets and Google Drive folders within 30 days after the seminar completes.
